Contraindications of Levexx 100 MG

If you are allergic to levetiracetam or any other ingredients of Levexx suspension.
If you have kidney-related problems.
If you have a history of brain-related abnormal behaviours such hallucinations or suicidal thoughts.
If you have a psychiatric disorder such as depression, loss of reality personality.
If you have an abnormal blood cell count.

Directions for Use of Levexx 100 MG

Take Levexx suspension at the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor.
Measure Levexx suspension using a measuring cup, and take it orally.
Shake well before use.
It can be taken with or without food.
Following oral administration, a bitter taste of levetiracetam may be experienced.
It is advisable to take it at the same time each day.

Storage and disposal of Levexx 100 MG

Keep Levexx suspension out of children's sight and reach.
Do not use Levexx suspension after the expiry date.
Store at 25 degrees Celsius.

Interactions with other medicines

Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements, or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
It has been observed that taking levetiracetam and methotrexate together reduces methotrexate clearance, resulting in higher/longer blood methotrexate concentrations that are potentially hazardous.
Co-administration of levetiracetam and a laxative called macrogol may decrease the efficacy of levetiracetam. Hence, use macrogol one hour before or after using levetiracetam.
