• Take a pea-sized amount on your fingertip and apply it to the sensitive areas of your teeth.
• Wait for 1 minute, then brush the area with the toothpaste.
• Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after brushing.
• Brush twice a day for at least 2 minutes each time.
• Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. Use gentle, short back-and-forth strokes on the outer, inner and chewing surfaces.
• For the inner surfaces of the front teeth, hold the brush vertically and use several up-and-down strokes. Brush your tongue to help keep breath fresh.
