SBL AF-Tabs is an unflavoured homeopathic tablet traditionally used for support during seasonal flu-like discomfort. It may support comfort when sneezing, a watery or runny nose, cough, throat hoarseness, headache, body aches, mild fever, or facial flushing with red eyes occurs.

Adults: Take 2 tablets every 3 hours or 4 times a day.

Children: Take half the adult dose.

Begin at the first sign of flu-like sneezing, watery nasal discharge, body ache, headache, or cough. Follow any different dosage prescribed by a doctor.
