Dr. Willmar Schwabe Topi Aesculus Cream is a homeopathic cream containing 10% Aesculus hippocastanum mother tincture (MT), an extract from horse chestnut seeds. It is traditionally used as supportive care for haemorrhoid symptoms and varicose vein discomfort. The cream can be applied for internal or external piles.

Clean and dry the anal area. Apply a thin layer of cream 3 to 5 times daily. For internal application, use the applicator.
