It contains paracetamol (also called acetaminophen) and caffeine as its main ingredients. Paracetamol works by blocking the synthesis of prostaglandins, a chemical in the body responsible for pain and inflammation. Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant and helps to reduce pain.
