Desowen 0.05 % Description

Desowen cream contains desonide as its active ingredient. This cream helps relieve the redness, itching, and swelling caused by the inflammatory reaction at the affected area of the body. It is not recommended for children under 18 years of age, as excessive use of this cream may result in decreased and abnormal growth in youngsters. This cream is intended for external use only and for a short duration as advised by your doctor. Inform your doctor if you are diabetic, as this cream may affect your blood sugar levels. Long-term use may lead to a condition of excessive cortisol in the body, resulting in undesirable reactions such as swelling of the face, thinning of the skin, and weakness, among others.
