Avil 22.75 MG Description

Avil 22.75 mg/ml Injection is a prescription injection that belongs to the class of medicines known as antihistamines. It has a little bit of sedative action. It is used in the treatment of allergic

rhinitis (inflammation of the nose due to the overreaction of the immune system driven by external factors, including allergens). The injection also aids in the treatment of allergic reactions like a common cold, hay fever, or other upper respiratory allergies that are caused by external allergens. Additionally, the injection is used in motion sickness to alleviate the symptoms like vomiting, headache, or sweating. It is advisable to take Avil 22.75 mg/ml Injection for as long as your doctor prescribed it for you. Drink more water if you are taking this injection as you may feel dryness in the mouth. Contraindications of Avil 22.75 MG

  • If you have a known allergy to Avil Injection or its active and inactive components.
  • If you have benign prostatic hyperplasia. Avil Injection may cause problems in passing urine.
  • If you are currently taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO) like isocarboxazid and phenelzine or have taken them in the last 14 days.
  • Avail Injection is not recommended to be used in newborn children and premature infants due to the augmented risk of side effects.
