Description
PediaSure Complete Balanced Nutrition is a vanilla-flavoured oral nutrition powder for children aged 1 to 10 years. It provides carbohydrate, protein, fat, dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals to help support nutritional needs and growth as part of a child's diet. The formula contains arginine, vitamin K2, DHA, fructo-oligosaccharides and Lactobacillus acidophilus. Contains milk and soy.
How to Use
Pour 190 ml of room-temperature water below 35 °C into a glass. Gradually add 5 levelled scoops of powder, stir well and consume immediately. To support the probiotics in the formula, use cooled, previously boiled water below 35 °C. If needed, cover the prepared drink, refrigerate it and use within 24 hours.
Suggested serving: children aged 1 to 8 years may have up to 2 servings per day; children aged 9 to 10 years may have up to 3 servings per day.
Precautions and Warnings
- Contains milk and soy.
- Prepare with cooled, previously boiled water below 35 °C.
- Consume immediately after mixing, or keep covered in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
- Speak to a doctor for advice on your child's individual nutritional needs.
Ingredients
- Carbohydrate sources: hydrolysed corn starch, sucrose and fructose.
- Protein sources: milk protein concentrate, soy protein isolate and casein hydrolysate, a source of casein phosphopeptides.
- Oil blend: high oleic sunflower oil, soy oil, canola oil and medium chain triglycerides (MCT) oil.
- Fibre: fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS).
- Other ingredients: soy lecithin, vanilla flavouring, L-arginine, DHA from C. cohnii oil, choline chloride, taurine, m-inositol, L-carnitine, Lactobacillus acidophilus, ascorbyl palmitate and mixed tocopherols.
- Vitamins and minerals: vitamins A, C, D3, E, K1, K2, B1, B2, B6 and B12, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid and biotin; calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium, sodium, chloride, iodine, selenium, chromium, molybdenum, manganese and copper.
