Prega News Advance is a rapid, single-step pregnancy test kit for home use. It detects human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) in urine. The midstream device has an absorbent tip for direct urine-stream testing and a thumb grip for easier handling. Remove the test device from the foil pouch. Remove the cap and hold the exposed absorbent tip under the urine stream for at least 10 seconds, until it is thoroughly wet. Remove the device from the urine stream and immediately replace the cap. Place it on a flat surface with the result window facing upwards. Check the result within 3 minutes.

Two distinct pink lines, one at C and one at T, indicate a pregnant result. One pink line at C and no line at T indicates a not pregnant result. If no distinctly coloured line appears at C, the result is invalid. Repeat the test. If the T line is light pink and the C line is dark pink, repeat the test using early morning urine.
