Description
Khadi Natural Basil Essential Oil is a highly concentrated oil for diluted body massage, bath use and diffuser aromatherapy. Its calming effect may support relaxation and mental clarity. It may also support digestive tract stimulation and help soothe insect bites.
How to Use
- Body massage: Add 5-6 drops to a carrier or base oil and blend well. Take an adequate amount of the diluted oil and gently massage it on your body.
- Bath: Add 4-5 drops to a bathtub or 3-4 drops to a bucket. Swish the water gently to mix the oil. For dry skin, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil with the essential oil.
- Diffuser aromatherapy: Add 4-5 drops to a diffuser bowl filled to three-quarters with water.
