Description
Dr. Odin Reusable Hot and Cold Pack is a reusable wrap for hot or cold application. It may help soothe sore muscles and may help reduce swelling. It has an adjustable Velcro strap, a washable cover and a non-toxic design.
How to Use
For hot therapy: Heat the pack in a microwave for 20 seconds at 850 W. Massage it to spread the heat evenly, then apply using the cover or a towel.
For cold therapy: Keep the gel pack in the freezer, or chill it for at least 2 hours before use. Place it inside the cover or wrap it in a towel before applying.
