Dr. Odin JN-163B is a blood pressure monitor that displays systolic, diastolic and pulse readings. It has voice guidance, a large LCD display, support for two users, 2 x 99 memory storage and Type-C power support.

• Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Avoid tea, coffee and exercise for 30 minutes before measurement.
• Sit upright with your back supported and keep both feet flat on the floor. Do not cross your legs.
• Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, 2 cm above the elbow. It should be snug but not tight.
• Place your arm on a flat surface at heart level. Relax your hand and keep still.
• Press the Start or On button. Stay still and do not talk while the cuff inflates and deflates.
• Read the systolic, diastolic and pulse values on the screen. Record them with the date and time.
