Dr. Odin OBP104 is a fully automatic digital blood pressure monitor for upper-arm blood pressure and pulse readings. It has a 22 to 42 cm adjustable cuff, a clear LCD display, and memory for two users.

• Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Avoid tea, coffee and exercise for 30 minutes beforehand.
• Sit upright with your back supported and your feet flat on the floor. Do not cross your legs.
• Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, 2 cm above the elbow. Keep it snug but not tight.
• Rest your arm on a flat surface at heart level. Keep your hand relaxed and stay still.
• Press the Start or On button. Do not talk or move while the cuff inflates and deflates.
• Read the systolic, diastolic and pulse values shown on the screen. Record them with the date and time.

• Remove the batteries before storing the monitor for a long time.
• Do not use batteries and an AC wall adapter at the same time.
• Do not open, repair or service the monitor yourself.
