Dr. Odin BP156 is a digital blood pressure monitor for home checks. It may help you check and track blood pressure and pulse readings with a full touch screen and talking function. Separate memory for two users lets each person keep a personal record, with storage for up to 120 readings. A large backlit LED display supports clear viewing, while cuff and arm movement indicators may support accurate measurement. The 22 to 42 cm cuff fits a wide range of upper-arm sizes, and the monitor works with batteries or USB power.

Before measuring: Sit quietly and rest for 5 minutes. Avoid tea, coffee and exercise for 30 minutes before the reading.
Sit correctly: Sit upright with your back supported. Keep your feet flat on the floor and do not cross your legs.
Fit the cuff: Wrap it around your bare upper arm, 2 cm above the elbow. It should feel snug but not tight.
Position your arm: Place your arm on a flat surface at heart level. Relax your hand and keep still.
Start the reading: Press the Start/On button. Stay still and do not talk while the cuff inflates and deflates.
Record the results: Note the Sys, Dia and Pulse values shown on the screen. Write them down with the date and time.
