Centrum Ostocalcium Total is a mixed fruit flavour chewable nutritional supplement with calcium and vitamin D2. Each tablet provides 500 mg calcium and 300 IU vitamin D2. Calcium may support bone, joint and muscle health, while vitamin D2 may help the body absorb calcium. It is a vegetarian product intended for daily nutritional support and is not for medicinal use.

Children aged 5 to 12 years: chew 1 tablet daily. Children aged 13 years and above and adults: chew 2 tablets daily. Chew thoroughly before swallowing and drink adequate water. The supplement may be taken at any time of day. If calcium salts cause stomach discomfort, take it after a meal. Follow the dose advised by your doctor.
