Valzaar H 160mg Strip Of 10 Tablets
Description
Valzaar H tablet contains hydrochlorothiazide and valsartan as active ingredients. It is used to treat high blood pressure. Valzaar H tablet includes a diuretic, which works by increasing the urinary excretion of excess salt and water. It lowers blood pressure by inhibiting the action of certain natural substances that constrict blood vessels. This enables blood to flow more smoothly through the vessels and helps the heart pump more efficiently.
While taking Valzaar H tablet, it is essential to be mindful of your diet and engage in regular exercise. It should be taken as directed by your doctor, in the prescribed doses and for the specified duration. It can be taken with or without food. Do not discontinue this medication unless advised by your doctor.
Do not use potassium supplements or salt substitutes unless your doctor has specifically instructed you to do so. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and you should consult your doctor before taking it if you have kidney or liver disease, heart trouble, or diabetes. Drinking alcohol can further lower your blood pressure and may cause side effects.
Before using this medicine, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding, as well as regarding your complete medical history.
