Ultramed D tablet is a combination medication designed to relieve moderate to severe pain and control associated nausea or vomiting. It combines two pain-relieving medicines, Tramadol and Paracetamol (Acetaminophen), with domperidone for enhanced comfort. It should be taken exactly as advised by your doctor, with or without food. If stomach upset occurs, take Ultramed D Tablet with meals. Adherence to the prescribed dosage is crucial; therefore, you should not discontinue using Ultramed D Tablet without consulting your doctor.

Uses

Ultramed D tablet effectively manages moderate to severe pain while also relieving nausea and vomiting often associated with such pain. It is particularly beneficial for migraine pain relief which is often associated with nausea and vomiting. Ultramed D Tablet is most effective when taken at the onset of pain. It reduces pain-causing substances and controls vomiting symptoms.
