Medical Description

Moracetam Ag Tablets are used to improve memory and concentration, and slow down the degeneration of cognitive function in people who suffer from Alzheimer's disease. It is a combination of three medicines- piracetam, alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine, and ginkgo biloba. Piracetam belongs to the class of nootropics (medicines used to improve memory). It is a newly developed medicine that can decrease the rate of cognitive decline in people with Alzheimer's disease. Ginkgo biloba is a herbal supplement that improves memory and helps in the treatment of conditions like anxiety, dementia, and movement disorders caused by certain medicines. The most common side effects of Moracetam Ag Tablet are mild stomach upset, weight gain, and abnormal movements of limbs. Most of these side effects are mild and should not bother you. However, if you develop severe side effects like bleeding disorders, allergy, and infection of vessels, you should stop taking this medicine and immediately consult a doctor. Before taking Moracetam Ag Tablet, you should inform your doctor regarding any incidence of unusual bleeding, convulsions, or disease related to the heart.
