Cartigen 500 Capsule is a glucosamine supplement for joint health. It may support the management of pain, stiffness and swelling associated with osteoarthritis. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water after a meal. Taking it with food may improve absorption and reduce stomach discomfort. Take it around the same time each day and follow the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Do not chew, open or crush the capsule.
