Sirona Large Reusable Menstrual Cup is a reusable internal period cup made from soft, flexible medical-grade silicone. It collects menstrual blood and, when inserted correctly, may provide leak protection for up to 8 to 10 hours. It has air-release vents, a non-slip grip stem and a pouch for storage.

• Before use, sterilise the cup using a menstrual cup steriliser or boil it in water for 5 to 7 minutes.
• Fold the cup into a C-fold or another comfortable fold.
• Squat or place one leg on an elevated platform.
• Relax and gently insert the folded cup into the vaginal opening.
• Gently check the bottom of the cup with a finger to make sure it has opened.
• To remove, pinch the base and gently pull the cup out.
• Empty the cup, wash it and reinsert it.
• Sterilise and dry the cup before storing it for the next cycle.
