Physiomer Nasal Cleansing Isotonic Spray 135Ml

Physiomer Isotonic Nasal Spray is a 100% natural, undiluted isotonic seawater solution for daily nasal hygiene. It may help clear excess mucus, moisten the nasal passages, and rinse away dust, allergens, and pollutants.

For daily hygiene, spray for 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril, 1 to 2 times a day. For a stuffy or runny nose, spray for 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril, 4 to 6 times a day.

Check that the spray works properly before use. Tilt your head to one side, gently place the nozzle in the upper nostril, and press firmly once for 1 to 2 seconds. Let the solution act for a few seconds, then repeat in the other nostril. Blow your nose gently. Wash the nozzle with hot water after each use and dry it properly.
