Otrivin Paediatric Oxy Nasal Drops is a nasal decongestant for children aged 1 to 11 years. It contains oxymetazoline hydrochloride 0.025% w/v, which may reduce swelling in the nasal passages and make breathing through the nose easier. Relief from a blocked nose may last for up to 12 hours.

For children aged 1 to 11 years, instil 1 to 2 drops into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily under adult supervision. Leave at least 8 hours between doses and do not exceed 3 applications in a day. Tilt the child's head back slightly during use and avoid touching the dropper tip to the nose. Follow the product label or the doctor's instructions.
