Optimum Nutrition (ON) Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein is a Double Rich Chocolate flavoured powder for healthy adults. Each serving provides 24 g of whey protein from a blend of whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate and hydrolysed whey protein. It is instantised for easy mixing, has no added sugar and is suitable for vegetarians.
How to Use
Add about 1 scoop of powder to 180-240 ml of cold water, milk or another beverage. Stir, shake or blend for 30 seconds until dissolved. You may have it 30-60 minutes after exercise or as an anytime snack. Use one serving per day.
