I-Activ Menstrual Cup is a large, reusable period cup that collects menstrual blood during periods. Made from 100% medical-grade liquid silicone, it is soft and flexible. Wash: Thoroughly wash your hands and the cup with warm water.
Fold: Hold the cup facing upwards and press its sides together to form a C shape. Hold the folded cup between your thumb and forefinger.
Insert: Gently separate the vaginal opening with one hand and slowly push the folded cup inside. Make sure it opens fully and forms a seal.
Remove: Wash your hands with warm water and soap. Hold the stem and pull until you can reach the bottom of the cup. Press the bottom slightly to release the seal, then remove the cup completely.
Empty: Empty the cup in the toilet 2 to 5 times a day, depending on your flow. Rinse it thoroughly with water and reinsert it.
After your period: Wash the cup with lukewarm water and soap. Place it in boiling water for 2-3 mins, then allow it to air dry completely before storing it in the jute bag.
