Hydralyte Effervescent Electrolyte Tablets are passion fruit flavoured tablets for adults. They dissolve in water to provide glucose and electrolytes, including sodium and potassium, for hydration support during fluid loss. The formula has no added gluten, artificial colours, artificial flavours or preservatives and is kosher certified.

• Remove 2 tablets from the tube and replace the cap tightly.
• Dissolve the tablets in 200 mL of fresh, cold drinking water.
• For adults with fluid loss from vomiting or diarrhoea, prepare and take solution made with 12 to 20 tablets during the first 6 hours. Do not exceed 40 tablets in one day.
• For other causes of fluid loss, drink the solution when thirsty or when signs of mild dehydration appear.
• Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
• Discard unused solution after 2 hours, or after 24 hours if refrigerated.
• Do not mix it with cordial, fruit juice, soft drinks or sports drinks.
• Always dissolve the tablets in water. Never place a tablet directly in your mouth.

• Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea lasts more than 48 hours.

• Glucose: 1.62 g per tablet. It forms part of the glucose and electrolyte blend that may support water absorption.
• Citric acid: 672 mg per tablet.
• Sodium from sodium chloride: 34.5 mg per tablet.
• Potassium from potassium chloride: 78.25 mg per tablet.
• Sodium from sodium bicarbonate: 103.5 mg per tablet.
• Also contains sugars, sucralose and mannitol.
