Similar to Ensure powder, Ensure Plus contains 24 essential nutrients with a light and easy to drink vanilla taste. However, Ensure Plus contains more protein and omega-3 fatty acids, and for both these reasons, it is an excellent source of healthy nutrition.

• Ensure Plus contains 350 calories and 13 grams of protein in each serving (compared to 250 calories with 9 grams of protein in regular Ensure).
• Higher levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, 650mg, from plant-based sources.
