Desitin Multi-Purpose Healing Ointment is a topical skin protectant for infants, children and adults. It contains white petrolatum 71.3%, which forms a clear barrier that may help protect chafed skin and seal out wetness. The hypoallergenic formula is free from parabens, phthalates, dyes and fragrance.

• For diaper care, change wet or soiled diapers promptly.
• Cleanse the diaper area and allow it to dry.
• Apply the ointment liberally with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged.
• For skin irritation, apply as needed.

• Clear barrier ointment with smooth, easy application.

• Do not get the product into the eyes.
• Do not use on deep or puncture wounds, animal bites or serious burns.
