Cremaffin Liquid provides gentle and effective relief from constipation. Formulated with laxative ingredients such as Milk of Magnesia and liquid paraffin, it softens the stool and makes it easier to pass. Milk of Magnesia draws water in through osmosis and liquid paraffin has lubricating properties which help in retaining water and fat in the stools.
