The tablets are made by step?wise grinding of Kali iodatum with sugar of milk to achieve the designated potency (typically 3X 12X), then compressing into easily dissolving tablets. In homoeopathic practice, Kali iodatum acts powerfully on glandular tissue, lymphatic function and constitutional vitality, particularly in individuals with deep-seated syphilitic or scrofulous miasms.
