Qutipin 100mg Strip Of 10 Tablets
Qutipin 100 MG Description
Qutipin Tablet contains quetiapine, an antipsychotic medicine used to treat mental disorders like schizophrenia, mania and bipolar disorder. Dopamine and serotonin are important neurotransmitters tha
t control our mood, sleep, appetite, memory, motivation, reward, motor functions, arousal, desires, cravings, and decision making. Abnormal functioning of these neurotransmitters leads to symptoms such as hallucinations, delusions, mania, depression, euphoria, etc. Quetiapine controls the abnormal activities of these neurotransmitters and hence controls depression, mania and other related symptoms. Qutipin tablets should always be consumed as per the physician's advice. Do not stop the medicine abruptly without consulting your physician, as this medicine has withdrawal symptoms. This medicine should be consumed preferably with food, but in case of emergency can be consumed without food. To maintain a constant level of medicine in the body, try taking medication at the same time every day. If due to any reason the medicine is not taken on time or missed, consume it as soon as possible or at the next given time. This medicine has a few side effects like dizziness, sleepiness, and headaches. This medicine decreases haemoglobin level and drops your blood pressure when you change your position; hence one should stand and sit carefully. The patient has also experienced weight gain, increased blood glucose levels, increased serum triglycerides and cholesterol levels; thus, nutritious food and regular exercise are essential.
