Azac Soap 75gm Description

Azac soap is a mild cleansing soap containing azelaic acid as its active component used for the topical treatment of acne. This soap has anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties which makes it

more effective in skin acne treatment. It provides symptomatic relief in symptoms associated with it such as whiteheads, blackheads or pimples or other different forms of acne. The soap helps in unclogging the skin pores, reduces keratinization and kill acne-causing bacteria. Use this soap regularly for the prescribed duration to get the most benefit from it. As it may take few days to several weeks to show improvement, but if you don't see any results within 4-6 weeks, contact the doctor. Also, it is advised not to use it for a prolonged duration unless it is prescribed by your dermatologist.

Uses of Azac Soap 75gm

Azac soap is indicated for the topical treatment of acne. It relieves symptoms like small red tender bumps, whiteheads, blackheads, etc.
It keeps the skin nourished and moisturized and treat acne effectively.

Contraindications of Azac Soap 75gm

If you are allergic to any of the components of the Azac soap.
If you are suffering from skin diseases like dermatitis, eczema, sunburned skin, etc.
If you have any pre-existing medical condition.
If you are pregnant or are breastfeeding.
You must know that azelaic acid can cause a change in skin colour, especially if you have dark coloured skin. Talk to your doctor if you notice such changes.

Mode of Action of Azac Soap 75gm

How Does It Work?

Azelaic acid has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties that make it more effective in the treatment of skin conditions like acne or rosacea ( small pus-filled bumps on the face).
It acts by killing the acne-causing bacteria and clean the pores from deep inside to clear the bacteria responsible for causing acne.
It also reduces the inflammation so that acne becomes less red, less visible and less irritable. It lightens the dark spots post-acne and pimples.

It is used for external use only.
Use this cleansing soap instead of your regular soap.
Wet the skin before applying.
Make foam using this soap and rinse thoroughly.
