• Position the rigid back panel in the centre of the lower back.
• Wrap the belt around the abdomen and secure the front closure by stretching the elastic from both sides.
• Pull and fasten the outer straps. Stretch and lock the loop elastic for additional compression.

• If needed, reshape the aluminium splints to match the back, then readjust the fit.
