Pour a sufficient quantity of body wash onto your hand or a loofah. Gently rub over wet skin to create a lather, then rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with a sufficient amount of polishing cream and massage over the body in circular motions until absorbed. Use the body wash daily and the cream in the morning and evening.
