Skinfood Royal Honey Propolis Enrich Toner is a soft, milky facial toner with 15% matured propolis extract, royal jelly extract and honey extract. It may help replenish moisture layer by layer, leaving skin feeling nourished and refreshed.

After cleansing, apply the toner to clean, dry skin. Dispense an adequate amount onto a cotton pad or into your palm. Spread it evenly across the face, then gently pat or massage until absorbed. It may be used in the morning and/or evening.
