Sirona Reusable Menstrual Cup is a medium-size period care device made from soft, flexible, medical grade silicone. It collects menstrual blood instead of absorbing it. When inserted correctly, its air-release vents and suction seal may help provide leak protection for up to 8 to 10 hours. A non-slip grip stem supports controlled removal, and a pouch is included for storage.

• Sterilise the cup in a menstrual cup steriliser or place it in boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes.
• Fold it into a C-fold or another comfortable fold.
• Squat or place one leg on a raised surface.
• Relax, then gently insert the folded cup into the vaginal opening.
• Gently feel the bottom of the cup with a finger to check that it has opened.
• For removal, pinch the base and gently pull out the cup.
• Empty the cup, wash it with menstrual cup wash, and reinsert it if needed.
• After the cycle, sterilise and dry the cup before storing it.
