• Wash your hands with soap and dry them thoroughly.
• Cut three sides of the pouch using clean scissors.
• Remove the film and fold it twice towards the middle.
• Place the folded film over your middle or index finger.
• Get into a comfortable position.
• Insert one film deep into the vagina against the cervix with one swift movement.
• Wash your hands after insertion.
