• Wash your hands with soap and dry them completely.
• Use clean scissors to cut three sides of the pouch.
• Remove the film and fold it twice towards the middle.
• Place the folded film over your middle or index finger.
• Get into a comfortable position.
• Insert the film deep into the vagina against the cervix in one swift movement.
• Wash your hands after insertion.
