Sensodyne must be used twice a day but not more than three times a day. Apply an approximately 1-inch strip of the toothpaste on a toothbrush with soft bristles and brush for at least 1 minute. Replace the lid of the tube tightly to keep the contents dry. After using the toothpaste, spit out the contents. Do not swallow after brushing.
