SBL Ferrum Aceticum Dilution 30 CH is a homeopathic oral liquid containing acetate of iron. In traditional homeopathic use, it may help with symptom patterns affecting the head, eyes, ears, face, throat, abdomen, bowel, rectum, sleep and fever-related discomfort.

Take 3-5 drops 2-3 times a day, or as directed by a doctor.
