Description
Plush Small Menstrual Cup is a reusable period-care cup for women. Made from 100% medical-grade silicone, it has a soft, flexible body, a longer stem for removal, and a cotton pouch for storage. It is latex-free and BPA-free.
How to Use
- Before first use, boil the cup in water for 5 to 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling it.
- Choose a comfortable position, such as sitting on the toilet, squatting or standing with one leg raised.
- Fold the cup using a C-fold or punch-down fold.
- Gently insert the folded cup into the vagina towards the tailbone until the base is fully inside.
- Release the fold so the cup opens and forms a light seal. Check that the base is round, or gently tug the stem to check for resistance.
- To remove, wash hands and gently pinch the base, not the stem, to release the seal. Wiggle the cup out slowly while keeping it upright.
- Empty the contents into a toilet, rinse with water and reinsert. Clean thoroughly between cycles and store in the cotton pouch.
