NOW 5-HTP 200 mg is an unflavoured capsule supplement for adults. It contains 5-HTP with glycine, taurine, inositol, niacin and vitamin B-6.

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach at bedtime. Take it with food if digestive discomfort occurs.
