Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and pat dry. Apply a lightweight moisturiser for extra hydration if needed. Squeeze two finger-sized amounts onto your fingers and spread evenly over your face and neck 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 3 to 4 hours.
