MyFitFuel L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) is an unflavoured pre-workout supplement for adults. A suggested dose provides 2 g of micronised AAKG. AAKG combines L-arginine with alpha-ketoglutarate and may support nitric oxide production and blood flow during training. It is a caffeine-free pre-workout option.

Mix one-quarter spoon, equal to 2 g, with 150 ml of water in a blender bottle. Shake and consume immediately. You may also mix it with your preferred juice. For pre-workout use, consume 2 g 30 to 45 minutes before training.
