• Wash: Wash your hands and the cup thoroughly with warm water.
• Fold: Hold the cup with its opening facing upwards. Press the sides together to form a C shape, then hold the folded section between your thumb and forefinger.
• Insert: Gently separate the vaginal opening with one hand and slowly insert the folded cup. Make sure it opens fully and forms a seal.
• Remove: Wash your hands with warm water and soap. Gently pull the stem until you can reach the bottom of the cup. Press the bottom slightly to release the seal, then pull the cup out.
• Empty and reinsert: Empty the cup 2 to 5 times a day, depending on your flow. Empty it into the toilet, rinse it thoroughly with water, and reinsert it.
