I-Activ Medium Menstrual Cup is a reusable period cup that collects menstrual blood. This pack contains 3 cups made from 100% medical-grade liquid silicone. The cups are soft, flexible and designed to be leak-proof. They may provide 8 to 10 hours of pad-free protection, including overnight and during exercise, swimming or dancing. Each cup can be reused for up to 10 years and stored in the provided jute bag.

• Before use: Wash your hands and the cup thoroughly with warm water.
• Fold: Hold the cup upright and press its sides together to form a C shape. Hold the folded section between your thumb and forefinger.
• Insert: Gently separate the vaginal opening with one hand and slowly insert the folded cup. Make sure it opens fully and forms a seal before removing your hand.
• Remove: Wash your hands with warm water and soap. Gently pull the stem until you can touch the bottom of the cup. Press the bottom slightly to release the air seal, then pull the cup out completely.
• Empty and reinsert: Empty the cup into the toilet 2 to 5 times a day, depending on your flow. Rinse it thoroughly with water before reinserting it.
• After your period: Wash the cup with lukewarm water and soap. Place it in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes to sanitise it. Remove it, let it air-dry completely and store it in the provided jute bag.
