Hicks Flat Blood Sterile Lancets are sterile, single-use lancets designed for capillary blood sampling with lancing devices. Their ultra-fine, tri-level tip and consistent penetration design may help make fingertip sampling easier.

• Wash your hands with soap and warm water, then dry them thoroughly.
• Select a fingertip site slightly off-centre.
• Remove the protective cover. If the seal is broken, discard the lancet.
• Insert the lancet into a lancing device and use it to puncture the skin.
• Apply the blood drop to the test strip and wipe excess blood from your finger.
• Discard the lancet after use.
