Description
Heyday Reusable Medium Menstrual Cup is designed to collect menstrual fluid during regular-flow periods. The flexible, reusable cup offers an alternative to disposable period products.
How to Use
- During your period, wash the cup with clean water or mild soap.
- To remove it, relax your muscles and take slow breaths.
- Gently pinch the base to release the suction seal. If needed, slide one finger along the cup and press the rim inward.
- Slowly wiggle and pull the cup down. Squatting or sitting on the toilet may make removal easier.
- After your period, boil the cup in water for 5 minutes. Let it dry before storing it in a breathable pouch.
