• Add 2 scoops of Groviva Powder to 50ml of warm milk/water. Mix well.
• Add an additional 50ml and stir well.
• Drink soon after preparing. Add more milk if required.
• You can use water instead of milk.
• Note that using water or milk that is too hot (35°C or more) will reduce the benefits of the probiotics present in the powder.
