It is vegetarian, naturally gluten-free and contains milk.
How to Use
Mix the powder with water or milk.
- For milk: Mix 3 tablespoons, about 27 g of powder, with 150 ml of milk.
- For water: Mix 6 heaped tablespoons, about 55 g of powder, with 190 ml of water.
- Recommended serving: Twice a day.
Nutrition claims apply when 12 heaped tablespoons, about 110 g of powder, are mixed with 380 ml of water.
