ENO Fruit Salt Lemon is a lemon-flavoured Ayurvedic proprietary oral powder. It may help with acidity symptoms such as a sour taste in the mouth, burning in the throat and chest, stomach discomfort, and heaviness.

• For adults and children aged 12 years and over, dissolve one 5 g sachet in a glass containing 150 ml of water.
• Repeat after 2 to 3 hours if necessary.
• Do not take more than 2 doses, or 10 g, in 24 hours.
• Do not take for more than 14 days unless advised by a doctor.

• Excessive use may cause stomach cramps or flatulence.
• It may also cause systemic alkalosis, a change in the body's acid-alkali balance.
• People with high blood pressure may have a rise in blood pressure due to its sodium content.
